Our Health Promotion team works to bring health education messages into the community. Currently we have two programmes:
Early detection is the best defense against cancer. If you know the signs, you'll know when to go to your GP. Learn what to be aware of, including any abnormal changes.
Moderate your alcoholic drink consumption.
Be sunsmart everyday to reduce your risk of skin cancer.
Eat fresh fruit, vegetables and foods high in fibre.
Limit fatty foods in your diet.
